Support Analyst

The Support Analyst is responsible for delivering procedural support to all clients through telephone, email, and client portal correspondence. The scope of this job centers around timely resolution of escalated client issues involving a variety of WellSky solutions, including clinical, billing, training, and technical troubleshooting.This opening is with our Personal Care Support team.
