As an Occupational Therapist, you will: - Evaluate, plan, and implement tailored treatment programs to help patients regain or enhance their daily living and work skills. - Empower participants to achieve optimal independence, safety, and quality of life through targeted therapeutic interventions. - Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care plans that address the unique needs of our elderly and frail population. What We Are Looking For: - Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program (required). - 1-3 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist (preferred). - At least 1 year of experience working with an elderly and frail population (required). - Current registration as an occupational therapist by the National Board of Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) and a valid license in the State of Colorado. - Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and adequate automobile insurance maintained throughout employment.
