Role Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive, long-term care to individuals and families, from children to seniors.
• Address chronic illness management, preventive care, acute medical issues, and mental health with a patient-first perspective.
• Perform physical exams, evaluate diagnostic tests, and create personalized treatment strategies.
• Collaborate with care coordinators and specialists to ensure a complete approach to health care.
• Engage in quality improvement projects aimed at enhancing patient outcomes and striving for operational excellence.
• Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) to maintain precise and current patient documentation.
• Provide care both in-person and through virtual consultations to meet patients' needs and preferences.

Education Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited medical institution.
• Completion of an accredited residency program in Family Medicine.

Certifications

• Board Certification in Family Medicine.
• A valid medical license for Idaho or eligibility for licensure.
• BLS and ACLS certifications preferred.

Skills and Experience

• Proficient diagnostic and clinical skills with a focus on preventive and proactive patient care.
