PASRR Clinician: Field Assessments for Long-Term Care

Astyra Corporation is seeking a Florida PASRR Assessor to perform in-person clinical interviews for Level II Pre-admission Screening and Resident Review across Hernando, Pasco, Citrus counties and surrounding areas. The role requires travel, and the assessor coordinates with service providers, reviews medical records, consults with families, and uses our web-based app to finalize evaluations and recommendations for Medicaid certified nursing facilities. #J-18808-Ljbffr Astyra Corporation
