Summers Plumbing Heating & Cooling is hiring Entry Level HVAC Technicians, and we're looking for people who are just as good with customers as they are with their hands!
We can teach you how heating and cooling systems work. We can train you to maintain equipment. We can help you develop the technical skills needed to become a successful HVAC professional.

Every Entry Level HVAC Technician begins as an HVAC Maintenance Technician.
You'll receive hands-on training while learning how to maintain residential heating and cooling systems, perform furnace and air conditioning tune-ups, and help homeowners understand their HVAC equipment.
But this career is about more than working on equipment.
You'll be the person homeowners trust to explain what's happening with their heating and cooling systems, answer questions, educate them about available solutions, and provide an exceptional customer experience.
Technical skills can be taught. Great communication, a positive attitude, and a genuine desire to help people are what we're looking for!
What You'll Do
Perform residential HVAC maintenance and preventive maintenance services.
Complete furnace tune-ups, air conditioning tune-ups, and HVAC system inspections.
Build relationships with homeowners through friendly, confident, and professional communication.
Explain HVAC maintenance findings and recommendations in a way homeowners can easily understand.
Educate customers about heating and cooling equipment, maintenance programs, and indoor air quality solutions.
Identify opportunities to improve home comfort and recommend appropriate products and services.
Perform minor HVAC repairs and install indoor air quality products as your skills develop.
Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
Participate in company-paid HVAC training and mentorship programs.
Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every service visit.

Previous HVAC experience is NOT required!
Experience in customer service, retail sales, hospitality, automotive services, construction, or other customer-facing industries can be a great foundation for this career.
