Responsibilities Build and maintain client relationships through various marketing channels, networking, cold and warm calling, and referrals Conduct comprehensive client needs assessments to identify coverage gaps Present and sell Personal Lines insurance products including Home, Auto, and Flood Respond to client inquiries regarding policy options, coverage details, and eligibility Maintain proficiency in product offerings, internal systems, and agency services Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and performance metrics Contribute to agency growth through cross-selling and promoting new initiatives Maintain accurate documentation in our agency management system (Applied Epic) Requirements 2+ years of insurance sales experience (Personal Lines preferred) Active Florida P&C license (4-40, 20-44, or 2-20) Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills Tech-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office and agency software (Applied Epic & Quote Rush) Ability to pass a background check Benefits Competitive base salary + high uncapped commissions Unlimited earning potential Paid time off Health insurance – Employer pays majority for the primary insured Dental, vision, and Aflac available – employee cost 401k after 12 months – Employer 4% match Brown Insurance Services is celebrating over 50 years as a family-owned agency in Florida.
