Overview Unified Women’s Healthcare, the largest physician practice management company dedicated solely to women, is seeking a full‑time Certified Nurse Midwife to join Dr. Hyler & Associates. The practice serves the growing communities of Middleburg and Orange Park. About Practice Locations: Three office sites – Orange Park, Middleburg, and Fleming Island Hospital affiliations: Deliveries and surgeries performed at Ascension St. Vincent’s Clay County and HCA Florida Orange Park Hospital Team structure: 6 Board‑Certified OB/GYNs, 1 physician assistant, and 8 Certified Nurse Midwives Call schedule: Call schedule evenly shared with team of midwives; contracted for 6 call days per month Patient volume: 18-23 patients per day Culture: Supportive, collegial, and dedicated to work‑life balance Open to new graduates and experienced physicians Compensation & Benefits: Base salary Year 1: $90k+ Full benefits package including health, retirement, 401(k) with matching, short‑ and long‑term disability, company‑paid life insurance, and malpractice coverage Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage Compensation & Benefits Highlights Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) with matching Short‑ and long‑term disability, company‑paid life insurance Company‑paid malpractice coverage Supportive and appreciative culture Requirements AMCB Certified Nurse‑Midwife Graduate of a nurse‑midwifery education program accredited by ACNMA Master's degree in Nursing (MS/MSN) Active and unrestricted state registered nurse (RN) license CPR and NALS certification Current unrestricted DEA license or ability to obtain one Labor and delivery experience as a Registered Nurse preferred; new graduates welcome About the Location Situated beside the St. Johns River and Doctors Lake, Orange Park is a vibrant town offering a perfect balance of small‑town charm and modern convenience.
