Responsibilities Perform service, repair, and maintenance on residential and light commercial HVAC systems. Diagnose issues, troubleshoot, and provide solutions to customer HVAC concerns. Communicate clearly with customers about the services provided and maintenance needs. Maintain a clean and organized work environment and company vehicle. Follow company policies and safety protocols to ensure high-quality, safe service. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of HVAC service experience EPA certification required Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills.Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
