Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Framingham, Massachusetts

As an essential member of the educational team, you'll work closely with students, educators, and specialists to help create meaningful progress and positive classroom experiences each day.


Desired Qualifications:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Experience in a school-based or special education environment
• Background working with students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and significant behavioral support needs
• Familiarity with implementing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), behavior tracking, and effective de-escalation strategies
• SafetyCare training highly valued
• Strong ability to collaborate, communicate clearly, and integrate within multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide intensive behavioral support and assistance in classroom settings
• Implement individualized intervention plans and help maintain a structured environment
• Track and document student behaviors and progress in alignment with IEPs and BIPs
• Actively engage in collaborative problem-solving sessions with staff
• Support students in developing social, academic, and emotional skills
• Uphold a safe, respectful, and inclusive atmosphere for all learners
