Experienced CDL A Truck Driver Benefits:

• OTR drivers earn $1,485 - $1,920+ per week ($77,000 - $100,000+ annually)
• Home Weekly drivers earn $1,320 - $1,680+ per week ($68,000 - $87,000+ annually)
• $1,200 *guaranteed weekly pay* for the first 8 weeks after orientation for qualified drivers with 6+ months of experience.
• $2,500 unlimited referral bonus!
• Multiple home time options (depending on location):
• OTR Run Options - Stay out 2-3 weeks, run solid miles
• Home Weekly Options - Minimum 34-hour reset
• Orientation - Paid driver orientation, paid stay while at orientation & paid travel arrangements!

In Cab CDL-A Driver Instructor Benefits:

• Hiring In Cab Instructors around these locations: Amherst, WI, Auburn, ME, Sumter, SC, Des Moines, IA, & Kutztown, PA
• Instructors are paid $1,750-$2,000 weekly
• $3,500 sign-on bonus
• In-Cab Instructors get paid an additional $500/successful student
• Hands-On Teaching Role - Share your expertise with new drivers!
• Provide over-the-road training for new CDL-A drivers with less than six months of experience.
• Offer refresher training for experienced drivers and remedial training for those on development plans.
• Instructors are required to share a truck with the trainee throughout the training period.
• Instructors drive and train in new 2026 Freightliner equipment

Recent CDL Graduate Benefits:

All Truck Driver Requirements:

• Must have an active Class A CDL
• Must be 21 years or older
• No recent safety terminations

Experienced CDL Drivers Requirements:

• Must have 6 months of experience in last 12 months

In-Cab Instructors Requirements:

• 3 years of verifiable, accident-free Class A CMV experience in interstate commerce

Recent CDL Graduate Requirements:

• Graduated from a CDL school within the last 90 days
