Do you have a passion for constructing safer communities and ensuring the reliable distribution of natural gas? If so, we have exciting opportunities for experienced Supervisors to join our dynamic team! In this position, you will play a vital role in providing leadership and support to our crews that are responsible for piping residential and commercial natural gas services, securing the flow from meters to existing fuel lines.

We are seeking highly motivated and talented individuals to join our dynamic team as Supervisors. This role will involve working both indoors and outside. Our goal is to ensure the uninterrupted supply of natural gas to our customers.


Supervisor-Gas Distribution

Pay Range: 80-120k Annually

We are currently seeking a proactive and skilled Supervisor to lead our dedicated workforce, comprising Laborers/Gas Technician, Pipefitters, Operators, and Drivers. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, monitoring production rates, accurately reporting work hours, and supervising subcontractors, all while maintaining an unwavering commitment to a safe work environment.


Primary Responsibilities

• Skillfully manage the workload of assigned crews to optimize resource allocation, ensuring projects are completed within agreed-upon deadlines and budget constraints.
• Uphold strict adherence to safety standards, policies, and procedures, fostering a secure work environment that prioritizes the well-being of our team, clients, and subcontractors.
• Meticulously maintain all required paperwork, conforming to company policy and adhering to federal, state, and local regulations.
• Accomplish any additional tasks assigned by the Area Manager to contribute to the overall success of the team.

Skills and Experience

Required

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership/supervisory capacity

• Exposure to both residential and commercial utility projects and/or civil construction projects
• Ability to communicate well with co-workers and customers
• Experience maintaining a safe work environment
• Mechanically inclined
• Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record
• High School Diploma or equivalent
