Graphic Designer

Graphic DesignerWe are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic marketing team supporting two business units. In this role, you will contribute to the development of compelling visual content that engages audiences and communicates our brand effectively across a variety of channels.This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career designer to gain hands-on experience across digital, print, and web-based projects while working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and produce visual assets across a wide range of mediums, including digital campaigns, social media, email, web, and print collateralCreate graphics, layouts, illustrations, and basic animations that align with brand standardsEnsure brand consistency across all materials, including color, typography, imagery, and overall visual identitySupport the evolution of brand guidelines and contribute creative ideas to strengthen brand presenceDevelop templates and visual assets within HubSpot for blogs, emails, and social media campaignsCollaborate with marketing, sales, and other internal teams to bring campaigns and initiatives to lifeManage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standardsStay current with design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve creative outputUX/UI & Web SupportUpdate website content, imagery, and layouts as neededDesign and build landing pages aligned with campaign goalsCreate wireframes, storyboards, and prototypes using tools such as Figma or Adobe XDCommunicate design concepts and specifications effectively to developersApply a basic understanding of HTML/CSS (JavaScript knowledge is a plus)Qualifications & Skills1 - 3 years of graphic design experience (internships or freelance work considered)Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)Experience with Figma and/or Adobe XDFamiliarity with Canva Pro and marketing platforms such as HubSpotStrong understanding of design principles, typography, and layoutExcellent attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and collaboration skillsWhat You'll BringA creative mindset with a passion for visual storytellingA collaborative, team-oriented approachStrong time management and problem-solving skillsA willingness to learn, adapt, and grow within the roleWhy Join Us?Opportunity to build a diverse portfolio across multiple brands and industriesExposure to a wide range of marketing initiatives and campaignsCollaborative team environment with opportunities for growth and developmentAbility to make a direct impact on brand and marketing performanceFounded in 1923, Applied Industrial Technologies (NYSE: AIT) is a leading value-added distributor and technical solutions provider of industrial motion, fluid power, flow control, automation technologies, and related maintenance supplies.
