It utilizes an in-house developed reporting tool for comprehensive data analytics. Near-term objectives include benchmarking against competitor product lines to maintain competitive advantage. The team collaborates closely to deliver high-quality software solutions, emphasizing continuous development, debugging, and testing. Members apply strong technical skills in platform design, product strategy, and iterative development to drive innovation and maintain system reliability. This team plays a critical role in enhancing product performance and supporting business goals through data-driven insights. What you'll do: Own scoped feature and model delivery through collaboration with engineering teams, managing implementation, iteration, testing, and support. Write clean, efficient, and reliable code across multiple languages, driving full software development lifecycle including CI/CD and automated testing. Integrate AI and ML components to enhance software intelligence and leverage generative AI tools to improve development velocity. Assist in converting high-level designs into detailed, scalable, and maintainable solutions aligned with platform objectives. Conduct code reviews, debugging, and defect management to ensure software quality and performance. Monitor application performance and support continuous integration and delivery practices. Mentor peers, promote engineering best practices, and contribute to innovation and continuous improvement initiatives. What you'll bring: Extensive experience in software development with proficiency in languages such as JavaScript, Python, Java, Rust, Dart, and C++. Strong expertise in object-oriented programming, code review, debugging, and documentation-based coding practices. Demonstrated skills in AI/ML integration and leveraging generative AI tools to enhance development efficiency.
