Guide the Experience: Walk guests through our interactive food line, recommend signature sauces, and pair meal options. Drive Fast Table Turnover: Keep drinks full, tables pre-bussed, and payments processed quickly to maximize guest satisfaction and tip volume. Be a Team Player: Partner with fellow servers and grill operators to keep the floor running seamlessly during peak hours. What We're Looking For: Experience : Previous serving or restaurant hospitality experience preferred (if you can handle a busy rush, you'll excel here!). Mindset: Outgoing, reliable, positive, and passionate about giving great customer service. Skills: Strong communication, cash-handling precision, and the stamina to stay active on your feet in a fast-moving environment.
