Responsibilities

• Perform venipunctures and finger sticks to obtain blood specimens from patients

• Maintain specimen integrity using aseptic technique and proper documentation
• Track and manage specimen logistics including courier scheduling and report printing
• Resolve discrepancies in test orders and communicate with clinical personnel as needed

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of phlebotomy experience
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Phlebotomy certificate if required by state
• Bachelor's degree preferred
