Outlet Quality Associate

Summary The Outlet Quality Associate executes maintenance and housekeeping initiatives for the RH Outlet in Fairfield, CT, ensuring the facility meets RH standards. The role partners with the Outlet Team to maintain building systems, grounds, and storage areas and to manage preventive maintenance programs. The associate helps minimize operational disruptions and maintains a safe, compliant work environment. Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and oversee facility maintenance, repair, and housekeeping operations Ensure upkeep and functionality of building exterior, interior, grounds, systems, and storage structures Manage preventive maintenance programs for equipment and operational assets Prioritize, schedule, and execute preventive, predictive, and reactive maintenance to minimize disruptions Maintain a safe and compliant work environment in accordance with OSHA and HAZMAT standards Requirements Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality Experience performing preventive maintenance and repair activities Strong communication, organization, and project management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and execute effectively in a fast-paced environment Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 75 lbs and perform prolonged standing, bending, stooping, kneeling, climbing, and other physical tasks #J-18808-Ljbffr Brobston Group LLC
