Position Overview

We are seeking a full-time  Warehouse & Production Specialist to join our growing team and provide exceptional service to our customers. This is a hands-on, multi-functional role responsible for supporting warehouse operations, inventory management, shipping and receiving, order fulfillment, industrial hose assembly, and local customer deliveries.

The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, comfortable using computers and business systems, and eager to learn all aspects of our operation. We are looking for a dependable self-starter with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and the ability to contribute wherever needed.

As a growing company, we are seeking someone interested in building a long-term career. This position offers opportunities to develop technical product knowledge, operational expertise, and leadership skills while supporting a wide range of warehouse and production activities.

Important Requirement

Due to insurance requirements for employees operating company vehicles, applicants must be 23 years of age or older, possess a valid driver's license, and maintain a clean driving record. Candidates who do not meet these requirements will not be considered.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, inspect, and stock incoming merchandise
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Assist with shipping and receiving activities
• Maintain warehouse organization and inventory accuracy
• Perform cycle counts and inventory checks
• Accurately enter inventory, receiving, shipping, and order information into the company's ERP system
• Support industrial hose assembly, testing, and repair operations
• Operate hand tools and production equipment safely and efficiently
• Safely operate company vehicles for local customer deliveries as needed
• Provide professional and courteous customer service during deliveries
• Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized warehouse and production environment
• Cross-train in multiple operational functions to support business needs
• Assist with additional responsibilities and special projects as the company grows

Preferred Experience

Experience in any of the following areas is a plus:

• Industrial distribution
• Warehouse operations and inventory control
• Industrial hose products
• Mechanical assembly or light manufacturing
• Welding supplies
• Safety products
• Mill supplies
• Shipping and receiving
• ERP or inventory management systems
• Industrial, manufacturing, maintenance, hydraulic, or technical product environments

Qualifications

• Must be at least 23 years of age and possess a valid driver's license required
• Clean driving record and background required
• TWIC card preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn technical assembly processes
• Basic computer skills required
• Experience using ERP, warehouse management, or inventory systems preferred
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and organized
• Strong work ethic and team-first attitude
• Self-motivated with a "go-getter" mentality
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Friendly and professional customer service skills
• Ability to lift, move, and organize warehouse inventory
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Schedule

• Full-time
• Monday through Friday
• 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM
• Availability for occasional after-hours or weekend callouts as needed
