Seven Healthcare are seeking a skilled RN for a travel assignment in the Emergency Room/Emergency Department in Peoria, IL. This is a dynamic role in a Level 1 Trauma facility, demanding expertise in emergency nursing. Candidates will be working in an acute care setting, providing high-quality care to a wide range of patients, from newborns to the elderly.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - ER/ED - Emergency Room/Emergency Department

• Provide exceptional nursing care to patients in the ER/ED.
• Administer and monitor patient medications, including titration of vasopressors and cardiac drips.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to stabilize critically ill patients.
• Operate within a fast-paced, high-volume setting treating patients from minor cases to life-threatening conditions.
• Interpret and act on EKG readings and vital signs accurately.

Requirements of the RN - ER/ED - Emergency Room/Emergency Department

• Active IL license or confirmation that application process has been initiated
• ACLS, BLS, PALS certifications required; TNCC and ENPC preferred
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience and at least 1 prior travel assignment
• SANE RN experience and teaching hospital experience preferred
