Description Zinc is a restaurant and market that provides our employees and customers a sense of place. Our Dishwashers are the backbone of our kitchen operation and support our cooks and service staff in performing cleanliness, maintenance and sanitation standards. They must work well within a team, thrive in a busy environment, while constantly striving to make every guest feel at home. Responsibilities: Team Member responsibilities include but are not limited to: Expertise in using and maintaining all dish station equipment Load, run and unload dish machine Keep the dish machine & sinks clean and report any functional or mechanical problems immediately Monitor dish machine & sink water temperature to ensure sanitary wash cycle Wash and store all kitchenware, baskets and crates. Maintain adequate levels of dish detergents and cleaning supplies. Properly label, replenish and store chemicals Use the proper chemicals for each job while maintain safety for yourself and those around you Keep dish room & storage clean and organized Bag and haul dish room trash to dumpster at designed times.
