We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality creative solutions with exceptional turnaround times.Role OverviewWe are seeking a Graphic Designer with strong technical skills in print production and digital design. This role requires the ability to prepare client files for production, create original designs, and ensure accuracy across a wide range of printed and digital formats. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable working under deadlines.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and prepare layouts for print and digital projects using Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.Preflight and set up customer-supplied files for accurate print production.Create original designs for marketing collateral, signage, packaging, and promotional products.Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines.Work closely with production staff to ensure designs translate correctly to print and large-format outputs.Maintain brand consistency and quality standards across all deliverables.Provide creative support and solutions to clients and internal teams.QualificationsEducation: Degree or certificate in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field preferred.Experience: 2+ years of professional design experience recommended (if not, a Graphic Design Degree)Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop required).Understanding of print processes, color management, file setup, and finishing.Knowledge of large-format and digital printing a plus.Other Skills: Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to handle multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary ($35K–40K/year depending on experience).Health, dental, and vision benefits (if applicable to your company).Paid time off and holidays.Professional growth opportunities in design and production management.At AlphaGraphics, we offer careers for everyone!
