Sales Executive- Healthcare Foodservice

This is an opportunity to build meaningful partnerships with hospitals, health systems, senior living organizations and national foodservice management providers. In this role, you'll own the growth of our healthcare foodservice business, creating new opportunities, influencing client strategy and delivering solutions that modernize dining experiences. You'll drive revenue growth, expand our presence within the healthcare sector and help shape the future of commerce through technology that improves everyday interactions.

What you'll own
  • Drive new business growth across healthcare foodservice organizations by identifying, developing and closing enterprise opportunities that expand Genius Foodservice's market presence.
  • Build and execute territory strategies that create a strong pipeline, accelerate revenue growth and position Global Payments for long-term success within the healthcare sector.
  • Lead complex enterprise sales cycles from discovery through contract execution, creating solutions that address client goals and deliver measurable business value.
  • Influence decision-makers across healthcare nutrition services, foodservice operations, information technology, procurement and executive leadership to build lasting partnerships.
  • Shape solution strategies by collaborating with Sales Engineering, Product and cross-functional teams to align client needs with innovative technology solutions.
  • Expand opportunities within strategic healthcare accounts by partnering with Enterprise Relationship Managers to strengthen relationships and unlock new growth.
  • Provide accurate forecasting and pipeline visibility that enables informed business decisions and supports sustainable revenue performance.
  • Represent Genius Foodservice at client meetings, healthcare industry events and executive discussions, strengthening brand awareness and generating new opportunities.
  • Create a seamless transition from sales to implementation by ensuring a successful handoff that positions clients for long-term success and adoption.
What you bring
  • Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of enterprise sales experience.
  • 3 to 7 years of experience selling technology solutions, digital platforms or enterprise software, preferably within healthcare systems or healthcare dining environments.
  • Proven success managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and closing enterprise-level opportunities.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare procurement processes, information technology security reviews and compliance considerations.
  • Ability to communicate complex solutions clearly and confidently to executive leaders and operational stakeholders.
  • Strong pipeline management, forecasting and territory planning skills with a track record of delivering measurable results.
  • A collaborative mindset with experience partnering across Sales Engineering, Product and client-facing teams to drive successful outcomes.
