We're opening a brand-new customer caf inside our newly renovated Service Department and are looking for an outgoing, hospitality-minded professional to become the face of our customer lounge.
This is a unique position that blends hospitality, customer service, and customer relations into one rewarding career.
You'll greet guests with a warm smile, prepare specialty coffee and refreshments, engage customers while they wait for their vehicles, assist with customer questions and concerns, and help create an experience that customers remember long after they leave.

What You'll Do
As our Hospitality & Customer Relations Coordinator, you'll play an important role in delivering an exceptional dealership experience.
Responsibilities include:
Caf & Hospitality
- Prepare coffee, espresso beverages, tea, and other refreshments
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting caf and customer lounge
- Keep refreshments, snacks, and supplies fully stocked
- Welcome customers into the service lounge and make them feel at home
- Create a warm, friendly atmosphere for every guest
Customer Relations
- Greet customers waiting for service
- Assist customers with questions and direct them to the appropriate department
- Check in with waiting customers to ensure their visit exceeds expectations
- Follow up with customers after their visit by phone, email, or text when appropriate
- Assist with customer satisfaction initiatives and dealership events
Administrative Support
- Assist with customer surveys and follow-up communication
- Support special projects as assigned

Compensation
$42,000+ annually
