Highlights Location: Uncasville, CT Facility: Mohegan Sun Primary Care Schedule: Full-time, Day shift What You’ll Do Collect pertinent data and information relative to the healthcare consumer’s health or situation. Analyze assessment data to determine actual and potential diagnoses or issues. Identify expected outcomes for a plan individualized to the healthcare consumer. Develop and modify a plan of care that prescribes strategies and alternatives to attain expected outcomes. Implement the identified plan. Coordinate care delivery and transitions in care. Employ strategies to promote health and a safe environment. Evaluate progress toward attainment of outcomes. Practice ethically and in a culturally congruent manner. Collaborate with healthcare consumers and other key stakeholders in nursing practice. Requirements Education: Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing. Experience: Registered Nurse is the foundational job description for all RNs. Licenses & Certifications: Licensed and a currently registered nurse in the State of employment.
