Make a positive difference in students’ lives by providing essential physical therapy services in a supportive school setting. A full-time, contract Physical Therapist position is available in a school community near Vail, AZ, where you’ll help students achieve greater independence and well-being.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
• Active Arizona Physical Therapist License (Arizona Board of Physical Therapy)
• Current Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card, or willingness to obtain
• Previous experience working in schools or with pediatric populations is a plus, but not required
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct student evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver direct physical therapy in alignment with IEP goals
• Partner with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary staff to ensure student progress
• Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation and progress notes
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing insight and recommendations for student services
