NASAMS Finance Team Program Business Manager (M4)This is an opportunity to join the NASAMS Finance Team as a program business manager (M4) supporting a growing Foreign Military Sales (FMS) portfolio. You will play a critical role in delivering accurate and insightful management analysis and recommendations that enable programs to execute according to cost and schedule baselines while maximizing financial objectives for the company and its shareholders. This role is contingent upon award of Egypt NASAMS UCA.This role is being offered in a hybrid capacity and is based on the needs of the business. Onsite work is preferred at the Andover, MA location. Relocation assistance is not being offered.What You Will DoProvide financial oversight and support for program cost and control, proposals and estimating, financial planning and analysis, and budgets and planningCollaborate with program managers, contracts, engineering, supply chain, and other functional teams to ensure alignment with strategic, operational, and financial objectivesPerform Earned Value Management System (EVMS) tasks and ensure compliance with required Estimates at Complete (EACs)Utilize financial systems such as SAP, APEX, and AO or similar processes to manage program financials effectivelyCollect, analyze, and distribute information to support decision-making through various perspectivesLead and mentor team members to achieve program and financial successSupport the development and execution of financial strategies to meet program objectivesCommunicate financial performance and risks to senior leadership and stakeholdersQualifications You Must HaveTypically requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 8 years of experience or an advanced degree and a minimum of 5 years of experienceExperience in program controls and Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS)Experience with financial systems such as SAP, APEX, AO, or similar processesExperience in financial planning and analysis concepts, systems, and processesThe ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued Secret security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearanceQualifications We PreferExperience leading teams to successful outcomes in a collaborative environmentAbility to manage workload independently and prioritize effectivelyExperience in collecting, synthesizing, and presenting information for decision-makingFamiliarity with DoD contract financing and billing processesCertification in Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) or equivalent Project Management Institute (PMI) certificationExperience with Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
