Job Title: Primary Care Physician,  Location: Grants Pass, Medford - Oregon

Type: Full-time / long-term contract, Client: not-for-profit

Salary & Benefits: $255,000 base salary + annual performance incentives of up to $40,000 + $60,000 signing bonus + student loan bonus payment up to $100K with a 5-year service commitment + education stipends available for 2024 candidates + up to $15,000 in relocation assistance + up to $5,000 annual CME allowance + 240 hours of authorized time off + excellent health, dental, vision, and retirement benefits + Visa sponsorship. 

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages.
• Diagnose and treat illnesses and injuries.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests.
• Prescribe medications.
• Develop and implement treatment plans.
• Counsel patients on health promotion and disease prevention.
• Coordinate care with other healthcare providers.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.

Qualifications:

• Recent/ fresh graduates are welcome.
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Strong clinical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
