Job Summary We are seeking a Vice President, Financial Advisor to join a growing team that serves clients referred through custodial channels. This hybrid role, based in the Minneapolis‑Saint Paul metro area, combines a flexible schedule with client and prospect meetings. Responsibilities Manage client relationships and provide full‑service planning following the WEG planning‑based standard of identity. Facilitate the financial planning process by understanding clients’ current financial situations and engaging them throughout. Prepare and conduct annual reviews, covering both planning and investment topics. Assist the RVP in closing prospective clients and leads from WEG channels such as Marketing and CRP. Create opportunities within your network and drive referrals from existing clients. Take meeting notes and promptly enter information into the CRM. Present financial advice or plans to clients. Analyze clients’ current investments and insurance policies. Place trades and manage accounts. Participate in Wealth Enhancement Group trainings, educational events, coaching programs, and maintain proficiency in advisor/client‑facing technology. Adhere to the Wealth Enhancement Group’s Corporate Communication Strategy and maintain good compliance standing. Education & Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience) in business, finance, economics, or a related field. Minimum 5 consecutive years as a registered representative (IAR) holding a Series 65 or 7/66 or advanced designation. Experience with complex financial planning—including tax, alternative investments, trusts, and estate planning. Ability to convert prospects to clients and deliver high‑level planning‑oriented service to a fast‑growing book of business. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills (oral and written). Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related software. Familiarity with Salesforce and Support Org functionality. Local travel available to meet clients and attend meetings at various locations. Compensation & Benefits The expected pay range for this position is $200k – $250k annually, reflecting a base salary plus variable compensation tied to performance and sales numbers.
