Registered Nurse - Full time (11pm 7:30am) SIGN ON BONUS

Registered Nurse Position – Hartgrove Hospital Hartgrove Behavioral Health System is the first hospital in the nation to receive the Joint Commission Gold Seal of Approval for Trauma‑Informed Care and Neuropsychiatry. The 160‑bed facility offers a compassionate, multidisciplinary environment dedicated to the healing and health of children, adolescents and adults. Responsibilities Salaries between $40 & $50/hr based on experience. $10,000 sign‑on bonus for PM and night shift. 8‑hour shifts available – evenings and nights. Registered Nurses provide professional nursing care on a designated unit, consistent with Hartgrove’s philosophy and objectives. RNs prescribe, coordinate and delegate nursing care, utilize the nursing process integrated into the multidisciplinary treatment plan, and are accountable for assigned nursing activities on a shift basis. RNs are authorized to initiate restraints or seclusion and assess continuation, while promoting and enhancing professional practice on the unit. Qualifications Current license to practice nursing in Illinois (or eligible to receive or renew). Current CPR or BLS certification.
