Procurement Clerk

The Procurement Clerk role (located in Tracy, CA) is a full-time, Monday-Friday position. The role focuses on processing medical purchasing and billing paperwork, verifying contracted pricing, and maintaining organized spreadsheets to support supply chain and billing accuracy.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Processing & Billing: Process purchasing paperwork daily for product replacement and bill-backs within 24 hours of receipt. Update monthly bill-back spreadsheets using contracted pricing.
- Quality Control: Review incoming paperwork to ensure accuracy and compliance with department guidelines.
- Administrative Support: Perform general clerical duties and provide additional support to the purchasing and medical billing teams.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Typing Skills: 25 to 40 words per minute.
- Key Traits: Strong attention to detail, self-motivated, with a high work ethic and the ability to manage both varying and scheduled tasks.
- Must be at least years old and able to show proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
- Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Pay Range: $17/HR-$25/HR depending on experience
- Benefits: Paid time off (PTO), vacation accrual, and a profit bonus structure.
