Supervisor Support Warehouse Team Lead 1st Shift

Compensation & Schedule Hourly Pay: $18.50 per hour Schedule: First Shift Monday — Friday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm Benefits Paid weekly pay Paid training and support to advance your career Medical, dental, vision, 401 K with company match (start at 30 days) Paid time off 15 % employee discount on high‑valued stock Employee discounts on tools, vehicles, hotels, electronics, travel, and more Safety gear provided Caring leadership prioritizing safety every shift Continuous improvement focus Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred One (1) year or more powered industrial truck experience preferred One (1) year or more previous experience as Team Lead preferred One (1) year or more Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) preferred One (1) year or more previous warehouse experience preferred Knowledge and/or experience with an RF scanner (advanced required) Valid forklift operator’s license certified Strong verbal and written communication skills Effective leadership skills Possesses flexibility to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment Ability to work independently and as a member of a team Excellent organizational skills Proactively approaches responsibilities Maintains composure under pressure Working using health and safety methods Bilingual (for Québec locations only) Responsibilities Lead and ensure continuous improvement efforts for optimal efficiency of the operations. Perform warehouse functions, which may include loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting. Allocate resources and organize and distribute daily work duties to team members to ensure optimal shift and operational logistics. Inspire and guide team members toward improved Key Performance Indicator (KPI’s) using appropriate leadership styles and methods. Assist in providing appropriate orientation for employees and give them the necessary information, technology and tools to perform their jobs. Assist with promoting health and safety working methods within the warehouse. Deal with day‑to‑day paperwork in a warehouse environment (i.e. picking sheets, returns, bills of lading, etc.). Complete and submit daily reports and propose action plans to enhance operations effectiveness and service levels. Perform other duties as assigned.
