Hospitalist NP/PA (per diem)

Hospitalist NP/PA (per diem) Position Description: Oswego Health is seeking a board‑certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join Oswego Health’s Hospitalist Medicine Program on a per diem basis. The Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant will be tasked with providing diagnostic and assessment services, therapeutic services, preventive health care services, daily rounding, patient referrals (as required), and other duties within the scope of the position. The hospitalist team consists of three physicians with one nurse practitioner/physician assistant covering the day shift, and one physician covering the night shift along with 24/7 ICU Telemedicine Services. Prior Hospitalist experience is required.
