Job Description Are you an experienced Customer Service Representative in the Phoenix area seeking a better career opportunity? You will be conducting research on patient accounts, communicating balances, and assisting with steps towards resolution. Qualified candidates will have some prior experience working from a dialer system, assisting with customer service needs, and documenting outcomes within specialized software. This role does require basic, starting experience with Microsoft platforms such as Word. One major perk, NO nights or weekends required; Just professional stablility, attendance, and effort to learn! Qualifications What We Look For: 1+ RECENT years of customer service from a call center setting in ANY industry (banking, mortgage, credit, retail, etc.) Preference will be given to backgrounds in healthcare, but it is NOT required.
