We are looking for a commercial plumber!

• Direct Hire Position
• Pay: DOE, 36-46/hr

• Competitive Pay based on individuals’ experience

THOROUGH BACKGROUND CHECK TO BE CONDUCTED PRIOR TO EMPLOYMENT, NO VIOLENT OR SEXUAL CHARGES ALLOWED

• Proven track record/references with at least 3 -5 years’ plumbingexperience in construction procedures, equipment and OSHAguidelines.
• Ability to read, understand and apply plumbing codes
• Ability to read, understand specifications and blueprints
• Ability to communicate and report effectively as required bycustomer or management.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of the team. Instructapprentices as needed.
• Ability to work in extreme weather conditions and uneven terrain
• Valid Driver’s license
• Must have reliable transportation
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including Evenings or weekends asneeded.
• Submit to drug testing

• Install, repair and maintain plumbing systems and components; asrequired by building code and installation requirements.
• Review building Plans and specifications
• Identify required tools and special equipment
• Identity required type and size of pipe required
• Locate and mark positions for connections and fixtures
• Install supports, hangers for pipe, fixtures and equipment
• Assemble and install valves and fittings.
• Install water equipment, piping and controls
• Install Underground storm sanitary and water piping systems
• Install Fixtures (Sinks, tubs, Toilets.)
• Install Water Heaters
• Testing pipe system and fixtures for stability.
