You’re an aspiring valuation and appraisal professional who enjoys analyzing data, gathering market research, and following a project from start to finish.In this role, you will…· Apply your organizational and analytical skills to conduct research and organize market and property information.· Perform analyses of a variety of property types (office, multifamily, industrial, etc.).· Work alongside Senior Valuation Associates tasked with supporting appraisals and consulting projects for a variety of purposes.What you’ll bring· A commitment to becoming a licensed appraiser, progressing towards your certified general licenses.· An eagerness to learn all aspects of commercial real estate as well as the knowledge you gained from your undergraduate / graduate degree.· Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.· Strong communication skills.· Ideally, 1-3 years in commercial real estate.#LI-JM1SalaryColliers carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience required for this role. The candidate’s pay is 100% commission - typically participating in a 35-50% commission split based on production levels.
