Job Details Position: ICU Registered Nurse Employment Type: Travel Nursing Location: Utica, NY 13502 Start Date: 10/05/2026 Duration: 13 weeks Weekly Hours: 36 Shift: 12-hour nights Schedule: 3 shifts per week Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,100-$2,210 Setting: Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Job Requirements Minimum 2 years of ICU nursing experience required; 4-5 years preferred Previous travel nurse experience required Experience in ICU, SICU, CTICU, Trauma ICU, MS ICU, or Neuro ICU Active New York RN license and all active RN licenses in good standing Current AHA ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications Experience with EPIC electronic medical record (EMR) system Experience with CRRT and Prismaflex required Ability to provide a skills checklist aligned with specialty experience Valid driver’s license with matching address information Strong critical care background and ability to adapt in a high-acuity hospital environment Responsibilities Provide evidence-based nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU Monitor patient status, recognize changes, and coordinate timely interventions with the care team Manage complex care needs for neuro, medical, cardiac, surgical, and trauma patients Operate and support advanced critical care equipment, including CRRT, Prismaflex, IABP, ventilatory support, ICP monitoring, and TTM devices Collaborate with physicians, charge nurses, and interdisciplinary healthcare professionals to deliver safe, high-quality patient care Float as needed to approved units based on staffing needs Maintain accurate documentation and follow established ICU protocols and hospital standards Support a professional, patient-centered, and team-oriented care environment Why Apply for This Travel Nursing Job?
