We are accepting applications through December 1st, 2023.The Facilities and Maintenance Supervisor will create and execute systems around cleanliness, repairs, and overall preservation of the restaurant and equipment. They will work directly with the Operating Partner to ensure that daily, weekly, and monthly needs are completed and that our facilities are prepared to support the growth of the restaurant. These skills are transferable across many careers and opportunities.Responsibilities:Cultivating VisionPursue and fulfill our purpose and organizational values by providing a high level of care for the restaurantSupport the Operating Partner and Operational Directors by executing short and long-term goals for facilities and how that relates to the goals of the restaurantEnsuring QualityConstantly evaluate and improve our systems of maintenance and cleanliness to elevate the scalability of our rapidly growing businessSupport food safety initiatives by executing cleanliness standards and procedures such as food quality and health inspectionsUnderstand and uphold a positive culture of food safety in the restaurantMaintenanceDevelop checklists and systems to ensure all equipment and facilities are maintained to a high standardFind and fix safety hazards and ensure repairs are made in a timely mannerWork with local vendors to ensure they supply correct parts and serviceLead monthly equipment audits to determine equipment needs in the restaurantRequirements:Must be 18 years or olderHigh school degree or equivalentPrior experience in the food and beverage industry is preferredStrong leadership and communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentAvailability:Monday - Saturday open availability (typical work schedule would be 5 days/week)Typical schedule will vary working 8-10 hours/day to accommodate meetings, interviews and needs of the business, working 40-45 hours/week in totalFlexible schedule to restaurant hours and needs, including weekends and holidaysIf you are a talented and motivated individual looking for an exciting opportunity in the food and beverage industry, apply now to join our team at Chick-fil-A!
