Ellie Mental Health is a W2 private practice platform built for clinicians who want autonomy, income growth, and ownership — without the administrative burden of running their own practice. You won't be handed a guaranteed schedule here. You will build one. You won't manage billing, credentialing, rent, or overhead. We handle that. You will have the freedom to design your schedule, work hybrid (in-person + remote), and grow your caseload in a way that fits your life and professional goals. This role is ideal for clinicians who want the freedom of private practice with the stability and structure of W2 employment.

This role is best suited for clinicians who: take responsibility for building and maintaining a recurring caseload, proactively re-book and retain clients, develop professional relationships within the community to aligned referral sources, value autonomy and performance-based growth, want income upside based on effort and consistency. If you prefer a fully guaranteed caseload with minimal accountability, this may not be the right fit.
