As an AI Forward Deployed Engineer , you'll work directly with enterprise customers to deploy and scale cutting-edge AI solutions, including their AI application suite powered by Palantir. Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Solutions Engineering, Technical Consulting, Implementation Consulting, Sales Engineering, AI Consulting, Enterprise Software, Digital Transformation, or related customer-facing technical roles
• Experience working directly with enterprise customers in complex technology environments
• Proven ability to translate business challenges into deployed technology solutions
• Experience leading discovery sessions, workshops, solution design, onboarding, and implementation initiatives
• Hands-on experience supporting customer deployments, pilots, proof-of-concepts, technical evaluations, and production rollouts
• Strong understanding of enterprise data ecosystems, customer data platforms, analytics platforms, identity resolution, audience intelligence, and marketing technology environments
• Experience with data mapping, workflow design, business process transformation, and solution configuration
• Strong communication skills with executive and technical stakeholders
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and comfort navigating ambiguity
• Demonstrated ownership mentality with the ability to drive projects from concept through execution
Desired Skills & Experience
• Experience with AI, machine learning, generative AI, agentic AI systems, intelligent automation, or enterprise AI deployment models
• Familiarity with marketing technology, customer intelligence, analytics, and customer data platforms
• Experience supporting technical sales processes, product demonstrations, onboarding programs, and solution adoption initiatives
• Knowledge of Palantir Ontology, enterprise data architectures, workflow mapping, audience activation, and marketing measurement
• Experience supporting Fortune 1000 organizations and enterprise-scale transformation efforts
• Background working with marketing, media, customer experience, analytics, or growth-focused teams

Key Responsibilities
• Partner with enterprise customers to understand business objectives, operational challenges, and AI transformation priorities
• Collaborate with sales teams from discovery through deployment and adoption
• Lead technical workshops, solution design sessions, demonstrations, and executive presentations
• Architect and deploy AI-powered business solutions that drive measurable outcomes
• Build customer-specific workflows, use cases, proofs of concept, and production-ready implementations
• Own AI deployment efforts from discovery through rollout and operationalization
• Work with customer data models, integrations, process mapping, and workflow optimization
• Support Palantir-powered solutions including SATS and Stagwell Pulse
• Troubleshoot technical and organizational challenges that impact adoption and implementation
• Contribute to deployment frameworks, best practices, and enterprise AI methodologies
The Offer
• Base Salary: $160,000 - $200,000
• Commission-Based Incentive Compensation
• Bonus Eligible
