Must be comfortable assessing pediatrics as young as 6 months old. Comfortable performing procedures that may use local anesthetic. Conduct annual, sports, school, and pre‑employment physicals, vaccinations, and interpret results from diagnostic services such as labs and x‑rays. Perform triage duties such as escorting patients to triage room, taking vital signs, administering injections as directed. Perform lab duties including collecting urine, executing DOT and non‑DOT drug screens, spirometry, BAT tests, additional lab tests, setting IVs, discharging patients, cleaning rooms, ensuring patient flow. General duties: replenish inventory supplies, assist in equipment maintenance, maintain cleanliness of waiting area and exam rooms, general office clean‑up. Administrative duties: verify insurance, collect co‑pays, generate bills, reconcile billing questions, coordinate with billing company, manage patient records, assist RN, recruit and train staff. Compliance: maintain HIPAA, OSHA, regulatory compliance; manage HR issues, facilitate training, manage finances, ensure operational supplies. Qualifications and Skills Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine or Internal Medicine; active Tennessee State License; DEA number; DOT Certified; current ACLS; registered with CAQH. For PA or NP: full time or part time. For other roles: specific certifications listed below. Experience Requirements Full‑time physicians: Board‑certified or eligible; minimum 3 years clinical experience in Family, Internal, or Emergency Medicine. Part‑time physicians: Minimum three years clinical experience. PA/NP: Full‑time or part‑time, licensed. Front desk staff: Minimum 6 months medical office experience; proficiency in computer software; warm‑friendly attitude. Lab technician: Minimum 1‑year medical office experience; lab certifications. X‑ray technologist: Minimum 3 months post‑graduate experience; basic digital X‑ray knowledge; universal precautions, HIPAA, OSHA compliance. Administrative staff: Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in a medical office; strong communication skills; team focus; ability to work independently and handle multi‑tasking.
