Cardiology Nurse Practitioner - Pre‑Transplant Services Posted 4 days ago $92.80 – $134.56 per hour Description Sutter West Bay Medical Group (SWBMG) is seeking an experienced Cardiology Nurse Practitioner to support our non‑invasive cardiology program, focusing on high‑volume pre‑transplant cardiovascular evaluation and longitudinal care for our liver and renal transplant programs. This role is embedded within a highly collaborative, multidisciplinary environment alongside transplant hepatology, nephrology, cardiology subspecialists, anesthesia, and surgery.
