Landscape Crew Leader

We are currently seeking full-time Landscape Specialty and Renovation Crew Leaders for our Landscape Maintenance Department (LMD) through our Germantown branch location. During the winter we do snow removal, training, and complete maintenance projects . Qualifications Crew Leaders haveminimum of one year experience in the production field supervising crewsand training techniciansensuring client satisfaction with quality outcomes (pro-rated with advanced education). Possess and maintain WisconsinPesticide Applicator’s License (Category 3.0) is preferred. Willingness to learn and improve processes Commitment to safety Strongplantidentificationskills(annuals,perennials,trees,shrubs) preferred Two or four-year degree from an accredited college/university in Horticulture or related fieldis preferred. Bilingual - proficient/fluent in Spanish is a plus. Required to possess and maintain valid, non-probationarydriver's license with an acceptable motor vehicle record (MVR). Required to successfully complete a preplacement physical (to include lifting 50 pounds) and drug screen. Responsibilities Crew Leaders train, develop, manage, review, motivate, and direct a crew of technicians and laborers. Specialty Crew Leaders deliver spring clean-up services, including perennial care and removal of winter protection. Renovation Crew Leaders install new landscapes and landscape renovations such asdrainage systems, nightscape systems, seed and sod, retaining walls, and pavers. Shape and prune shrubs, bushes, and trees. Perform seeding, sodding, and hydro-mulching tasks. Conduct spring and fall cleanups. Remove snow and ice during winter.
