Customer Service Associate

Job Description Job Description Reporting to our Customer Service Manager, we are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our small but mighty team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and accurate sales order management, while surrounded by genuine people and great European products.

Qualifications:

· Post-Secondary Education preferred
Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, general administration, sales or other related fields
Positive and professional demeanor
Ability to build rapport with customers, both internal and external
Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast paced, frequent deadline environment
Proficient in MSOffice
Experience in the Specialty Food Distribution or a related industry an asset
