Schedule Flexibility—Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Key Responsibilities Support the General Manager in overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations. Lead and motivate team members to deliver signature service and quality. Manage scheduling, inventory, and operational processes for smooth operations. Uphold company policies, procedures, and health/safety standards. Address guest feedback professionally, ensuring positive resolutions. Assist in training and developing team members to reach their full potential. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Ensure consistent food quality, preparation, and presentation. Requirements Must be at least 18 years old. At least two years of management or leadership experience in a restaurant or retail environment (preferred). Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs. Authorization to work in the U.S. Valid Driver’s License. Compensation Salary range: $15.00 to $23.00 per hour plus tips.
