Job Title:
Registered Nurse (RN) - Operating Room

Overview:
Join our team as an OR RN and make a difference in patients' lives. This role offers a unique schedule that includes every third weekend and every other holiday, with additional coverage during Labor Day weekend. If you are dedicated, adaptable, and passionate about delivering exceptional care, this is your opportunity to thrive in a rewarding environment while maintaining work-life balance.

Required Skills:

• Valid RN license applicable to the state of employment
• Proven experience in OR settings
• Strong clinical skills and ability to respond quickly in high-pressure situations
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and holiday weekends as scheduled
• Detail-oriented with a focus on patient safety and quality care

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• 2+ years of critical care nursing experience in a hospital setting

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to work every third weekend and alternate holiday shifts
• Availability for additional shifts during Labor Day weekend
• Certification in BLS and ACLS required
• Must comply with all hospital-specific policies and protocols
