Accounting Manager (Machinery Manufacturing) (CA/YM)

A Machinery Manufacturing company is seeking a Accounting Manager to join their team in Corona, CA . This position is responsible for directing and managing company fiscal in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and regulations. This position also oversees accurate processing and management of the AR/AP, General Ledger, and Cash-flow. A bachelor's degree, 10 years of accounting manager work experience, and experience in creating budgets or long-term business plans is required . This is a full time, in person, exempt position with excellent benefits and 401k. Effectively work with accounting personnel (AP/AR, and financial) as the manager Report to upper management Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, or other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards Monitor, analyze, update and oversee cash-flow, current balances and create various forecasts and reports to upper management on a monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual basis, and make recommendations Improve cash-flow and make recommendations to upper management and create and update long-term cash-flow plans on a quarterly basis Manage annual financial audit, intermediate audits by outside agencies Human Resource management, tasks distribution, designation of goal, evaluation, and problem solving related to staff in charge Must have a bachelor's degree in accounting or combined education and experience Must have at least 10 years’ experience as an Accounting Manager.
