Day Time

03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

07:00 PM - 07:00 AM

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients visitors staff and contractors while carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout healthcare facilities parking areas and surrounding property to help identify and report unusual conditions unauthorized activity and maintenance concerns.
• Respond to incidents disturbances and critical situations in a calm professional problem-solving manner following site protocols and contacting appropriate personnel and/or emergency services when needed.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site-specific procedures helping to maintain an orderly environment for patients visitors and staff.
• Prepare clear accurate reports and communicate observations incidents and follow-up needs to site leadership and Allied Universal management.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• Must meet hospital vaccination requirements.
• A Security Professional Guard Card is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
