Luxury Showroom Experience Lead

Client Overview: Our client is a global leader in smart lighting and automation solutions, delivering innovative products for residential and commercial spaces with a strong commitment to quality and customer experience. The company is currently expanding its team and looking to hire a Showroom Experience Center Supervisor . Salary/Hourly Rate: $40/hr - $45/hr Position Overview: The Showroom Experience Center Supervisor will oversee and coordinate showroom staff to ensure exceptional customer service and operational excellence. Responsibilities include managing daily activities, inventory control, and maintaining product displays. The role requires fostering a welcoming environment for visitors and clients. Candidates with a degree in a design-related field and experience in sales or customer service are expected to excel. The ideal candidate must be willing to work beyond the traditional 9 - 5 for client meetings and events before/after hours. Responsibilities of the Showroom Experience Center Supervisor: Greet and assist customers, addressing inquiries and complaints. Direct and supervise showroom employees. Monitor sales activities to ensure quality service. Verify merchandise pricing and display accuracy. Train staff on handling complex sales situations. Develop operational policies to improve showroom efficiency. Resolve conflicts and negotiate solutions. Ensure compliance with Equal Employment Opportunity and anti-discrimination standards. Required Experience/Skills for the Showroom Experience Center Supervisor: Active listening and strong service orientation. Effective communication and coordination skills. Critical thinking and problem sensitivity. Proven leadership and reliability. Experience supervising retail or customer-facing teams. Must be willing to work beyond the traditional 9 - 5 for client meetings and events before/after hours. Preferred Experience/Skills for the Showroom Experience Center Supervisor: Experience in luxury showrooms or design centers at a mid-level position. Familiarity with business intelligence and POS software (e.g., Oracle, Tableau, QuickBooks). Knowledge of sales and marketing principles. Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Design, Art, or a similar discipline is preferred.
