Schedule: Full-Time

Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire

Hourly Pay Range and Other Compensation: The hourly rate for this position is expected to be between $20-$23/hr, DOE and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

Position Overview

We're partnering with a respected and growing residential property management organization to hire Leasing Consultants across the East Valley. This is an excellent opportunity for customer-focused professionals looking to build a long-term career in property management with an organization known for its commitment to resident experience, team culture, and professional growth. As a Leasing Consultant, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective residents, helping guide them through the leasing process while creating a welcoming and positive experience from first tour to move-in. Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage prospective residents, current residents, and guests
• Conduct property tours and showcase community amenities
• Answer questions and provide exceptional customer service throughout the leasing process
• Process applications, lease renewals, and rental agreements
• Maintain accurate resident files and documentation
• Partner with maintenance and onsite teams to support resident satisfaction
• Assist with community marketing and resident engagement initiatives
• Support daily office operations and administrative activities

Qualifications

Experience in leasing, property management, hospitality, retail, customer service, or another customer-facing environment

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through

Comfortable using Microsoft Office and computer systems

Bilingual Spanish preferred but not required

Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance required

Ability to pass pre-employment screening requirements
