We are seeking a Same Day Access(SDA) Triage Screener

Responsibilities and Duties for SDA Triage Screener:

• Provides a variety of clerical, data entry and administrative duties.
• Answer/direct incoming calls, take messages, and place outgoing calls efficiently and professionally.
• Maintain electronic and/or paper records through data entry and/or filing.
• Complete required intake paperwork, obtaining insurance information
• Scheduling intake appointments for clients, while maintaining professionalism and effective customer service.
• Perform other related work as requested by the Manager, Supervisor, or Director.

Qualifications and Skills for SDA Triage Screener:

• Associates Degree in business related field (preferred)
• High School diploma (required)
• At least 1 year of clerical experience
• Work experience in a Mental Health, Substance Abuse or similar setting preferred
• Valid Driver's License with acceptable DMV record.
• Effective communication
• Excellent organizational skills
• Advanced computer skills
