Logistics Management Specialist

One year of specialized experience equivalent to the NH-02/GS-11 grade level in 3 of the 5 the Federal service: Experience planning, coordinating and evaluating the logistics actions required to support Missile Defense Agency (MDA) goals and mission. Experience applying logistics processes, policies, procedures and practices necessary to develop and assess technical and economic feasibility, including cost, schedule and performance. Experience researching, planning, coordinating and briefing logistics actions in support of leadership's goals and vision. Experience directing a contract workforce at remote locations managing, storing, and maintaining equipment and vehicles. Experience identifying and applying concepts, policies and practices of logistics management as they apply to new and legacy systems during the acquisition and sustainment phases of the life cycle.
